1. Use of Website

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all sales made
through Danbri Farm. Your access to, and use of, www.danbrifarm.co.nz
(“the Website”) and your purchase of our products are subject to the following
terms. By using the Website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have
read, understood, and accepted these terms and agree to be bound by them.

Website or by emailing us at hello@danbrifarm.co.nz.

2. Definitions

  • “Customer”,
    “you”, and “your”
    refer to any person registering or placing an order
    through the Website.
  • “Danbri
    Farm”, “we”, “us”, and “our”
    refer to Danbri Farm Ltd, its employees,
    contractors, or agents.
  • “Product”
    or “Products”
    refer to Angus beef boxes and any other goods sold via
    the Website.

3. Your Account and Orders

3.1 You certify that the information provided during
registration is accurate and complete.

3.2 One-off orders cannot be cancelled or changed once
placed.

3.3 Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and are typically
delivered by 5:00 PM.

3.4 If an incorrect amount is charged, we will refund the
difference to your credit card. Please contact hello@danbrifarm.co.nz
with any concerns.

4. Price and Payment

4.1 Prices listed are inclusive of GST and in NZD.
Additional delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

4.2 Prices may change at our discretion.

4.3 For one-off orders, payment is charged at the time of
purchase.

4.4 Payment must be made via credit card through the
Website. Charges will appear as Danbri Farm.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect,
please contact hello@danbrifarm.co.nz within 48 hours. We may
request photos or a sample. If confirmed, we will either offer a refund or a
replacement (if available).

6. Delivery

6.1 Orders are delivered to the address provided on your
account. You authorise us to leave your box at the address without a signature
unless otherwise arranged.

6.2 You must communicate specific delivery instructions during
the checkout process.

6.3 Anyone accepting the delivery at your address is
presumed authorised to do so.

6.4 While we aim for on-time delivery, we are not
responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

6.5 Danbri Farm does not currently offer pickup options.

6.6 We do not deliver on public holidays. Orders scheduled
around a holiday may arrive 1–2 business days later. We’ll notify you of any
changes in advance.

7. Product Availability

7.1 We aim to fulfil all orders, but if a product is
unavailable, we will offer a suitable replacement or a refund.

7.2 Delays due to stock levels will be communicated as soon
as possible.

8. Ownership and Risk

Ownership and risk pass to you upon delivery to your
nominated address.

9. Warranties

9.1 The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair
Trading Act 1986
apply to all purchases.

9.2 You are responsible for the correct handling and storage
of your product once delivered.

10. Liability

10.1 Except as required by law, our liability for any loss
or damage will not exceed the value of the affected product.

11. Force Majeure

11.1 We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused
by events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, transport issues, or
supply shortages).

12.1 Your privacy is important to us. We comply with the Privacy
Act 2020
